You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it (the right of withdrawal). Tell us at hello@wearlowend.com and send the item back unworn, with tags.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the item back. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your notice, once the item is on its way back.

Faulty or misprinted?

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size, email us a photo within 30 days and we replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.
